Handling of personal information

TASSEL Japan, a specified non-profit organization, provides personal information only for the purpose of fund-raising and public relations activities for educational support and living support for young people in difficult situations in Cambodia and enlightenment activities in Japan.

At TASSEL Japan, we appoint a person in charge of managing personal information and manage, protect and operate it appropriately. In addition, we will limit the persons who have the right to access the database related to personal information inside, and strictly manage it so that it will not be used illegally.
Personal information is obliged to be stored for a period based on Japanese laws and regulations.

TASSEL Japan will not disclose or provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases.
(1) When there is a legally binding and legitimate request for disclosure from the relevant authorities.

TASSEL Japan will handle any inquiries, corrections, deletions, suspensions, or 　　resumptions of personal information from the individual without delay.

At TASSEL Japan, we will always comply with laws and regulations regarding the handling of personal information, show employees a clear policy regarding personal handling, review the handling standards as necessary, and strive to improve. In addition, any changes to this privacy policy will be posted on our website.
